Thinking about Grandpa and Grandma

I never felt how it is to be loved by a grandparent. I lived with my mom and dad two states away from my grandparents; that is why I could hardly spend time with them. Unfortunately, I think it’s too late for me now because my grandma already passed away and my grandpa has Alzheimers. All I can do for him now is to buy him adult diapers, look at him and ask him if he’s ok. Soon he will be transferred to a place where someone could really take care of him. How I wish we could have better moments to spend together.
